    Starting ABA comes with a lot of questions — about insurance, hours, and what day one actually looks like. If yours isn't answered here, ask us directly. Straight answers are kind of our thing.

We listen to what's going on with your child, answer your questions about ABA, check what your insurance covers, and explain exactly what getting started would look like.     Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based approach that helps children build communication, social, and daily-living skills while reducing behaviors that get in the way of learning. Programs are individualized to each child, and progress is measured with data — so you can see what's working, not just hope it is.

    In most cases, yes. New Jersey requires most health plans to cover medically necessary ABA therapy for children with autism. We're in-network with major insurers including Aetna, Horizon BCBS, and Magellan, and we verify your benefits for you at no cost before anything begins.

    It depends entirely on your child. After a comprehensive assessment, your BCBA recommends a number of weekly hours based on your child's needs and goals — from focused programs of around 10 hours to comprehensive early-intervention programs of 25 or more. You'll always understand the reasoning behind the recommendation.

    We provide therapy in your home and out in the community — the places where skills actually need to work. Learning to communicate at your own kitchen table transfers to real life far better than a clinic room.

    Day-to-day sessions are delivered by trained Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), under the close, ongoing supervision of your Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), who designs and continually adjusts the program.
