Which Blue Cross Blue Shield plan do you have?
Start with the full insurer and plan name printed on your card. BCBS is a system of independent companies, and plans can use different networks. A Horizon BCBS plan, an employer plan issued by another BCBS company, and Horizon NJ Health or NJ FamilyCare should each be checked separately. We do not promise acceptance of every plan with a Blue Cross logo.
